Just Mugs (justmugs.in) is a curated design brand owned and operated by Mug Factory ("Mug Factory", "we", "us", "our"), a registered business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. All orders placed on Just Mugs are processed, printed, packed, shipped, invoiced, and supported by Mug Factory. Just Mugs is the brand and storefront; Mug Factory is the seller of record. Payment is collected through Razorpay Software Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Mug Factory India and any person accessing justmugs.in or placing an order ("Customer", "you", "your"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or completing a purchase.

Definitions

In these Terms:

"Company" or "Seller" means Mug Factory, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
"Website" means justmugs.in and related subdomains.
"Just Mugs" means the curated design brand and storefront operated by the Company.
"Products" means mugs and related drinkware sold on the Website.
"Order" means a request to purchase Products, confirmed upon successful payment.
"Payment Processor" means Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an Order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and place Orders. By placing an Order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & services

Just Mugs sells curated design mugs from house collections and selected creator designs. Products are printed to order and fulfilled by Mug Factory. Product images are for illustration; minor colour variation may occur due to printing and screen calibration. We may modify, discontinue, or substitute products without prior notice.

Ordering process

Orders follow this process:

Product selection - browse designs and add to cart.
Checkout - enter shipping details and review your order.
Payment - processed securely via Razorpay.
Confirmation - order confirmation sent by email upon successful payment.
Production - begins after the 1-hour cancellation window (see Returns Policy).
Dispatch - quality-checked, packed, and shipped via our logistics partner.
Tracking - shared via email and/or WhatsApp where available.

Pricing & payment

Payment terms:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Listed prices include standard pan-India shipping unless a promotion states otherwise.
Payment is processed exclusively through Razorpay. We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay.
We do not store complete payment credentials. Razorpay handles payment data under PCI-DSS standards.
The price at checkout is the price applicable to your Order.
Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and full refund.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel within ONE (1) HOUR of Razorpay payment confirmation with zero cancellation charges and a full refund. After this window, Orders enter production and generally cannot be cancelled because products are made to order. Full details are in our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy at /legal/returns.

Refund policy

Refunds are available for timely cancellations and for defective, damaged, or misrepresented products under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. See /legal/returns for complete procedures. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval; bank processing may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery dates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy at /legal/shipping. The Company is not liable for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Creators & contests

Creator participation, contest submissions, voting, and royalties are governed by the Contest Rules and Creator Agreement in addition to these Terms. Royalties apply to qualifying Just Mugs sales only.

Acceptable use

You may not:

Submit contest work you do not have rights to.
Manipulate voting or create fraudulent accounts.
Scrape, attack, or interfere with site operation.
Use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Just Mugs branding, site content, and house collection designs are owned by Mug Factory or its licensors. Creator designs are governed by the Contest Rules and Creator Agreement. You may not reproduce Website content without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or an Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mug Factory against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or contest submissions that infringe third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy, in compliance with the DPDP Act and applicable Indian law.

Grievance redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: Grievance Officer - Mug Factory Legal Team, legal@mugfactory.in. Complaints acknowledged within 48 hours; resolution within 30 days.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Consumer protection rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Statutory rights prevail over conflicting contractual terms.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, courier disruptions, strikes, or infrastructure outages.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified via email to registered users.
