Creator Agreement

This agreement governs your relationship with Just Mugs and Mug Factory India as a creator participating in design contests and receiving royalties. Mug Factory handles production, sales fulfilment, and payouts.

Relationship
You participate as an independent creator. This agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency with Mug Factory.

Submissions
You warrant that all submissions are original, that you hold necessary rights, and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. You agree to the Contest Rules for each drop you enter.

Licence & ownership
For winning or commercially selected designs, you grant Mug Factory an exclusive licence (or assign ownership as specified at selection) to reproduce, adapt for print, market, and sell the design on Just Mugs and through Mug Factory, its subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Royalties
Royalties are paid on qualifying Just Mugs sales at the rate agreed for each design or drop.
- Returns and chargebacks are excluded.
- Royalties are tracked in a ledger visible in Creator Studio.
- Payouts monthly when above minimum threshold via Razorpay Payouts or equivalent.
- You are solely responsible for income tax and statutory compliance.

Payout information
You must provide accurate PAN, bank or UPI details, and keep information current. Payouts may be withheld if information is incomplete or if fraud is suspected.

Termination
Either party may end the creator relationship. Existing royalty obligations for previously sold qualifying units survive. Licences for published designs survive as stated at publication.
