Just Mugs (justmugs.in) is a curated design brand owned and operated by Mug Factory ("Mug Factory", "we", "us", "our"), a registered business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. All orders placed on Just Mugs are processed, printed, packed, shipped, invoiced, and supported by Mug Factory. Just Mugs is the brand and storefront; Mug Factory is the seller of record. Payment is collected through Razorpay Software Private Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how Just Mugs orders are produced, packed, and delivered across India by Mug Factory.

Processing time
All Just Mugs products are printed to order at Mug Factory's facility in Bengaluru.
- Standard orders: typically 1–2 business days to process after the 1-hour cancellation window expires and production begins.
- Curated house and contest-winner designs use sublimation printing; production generally completes within 1–2 business days.
- Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Karnataka, India.

Delivery partners
Our primary logistics partner for domestic delivery is Delhivery Pvt Ltd. Local deliveries within Bengaluru may use alternate couriers or hyperlocal partners where appropriate.

Estimated delivery times
The following apply after dispatch from our facility. These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates:
- Bengaluru (local): approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 cities: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 3 and rural areas: approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: approximately 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges
Standard pan-India shipping is included in the product price displayed on justmugs.in unless a promotion states otherwise. No separate shipping fee is charged at checkout for standard domestic orders. Promotional or bulk arrangements may differ as stated at checkout.

Order tracking
Tracking information is shared via email upon dispatch and, where available, via WhatsApp using the phone number provided at checkout. You can also view order status in your Just Mugs account under Orders. Tracking updates are provided by the logistics partner; the first scan may appear 12–24 hours after dispatch.

Packaging
Just Mugs orders ship in premium kraft presentation packaging with protective inner wrapping, placed in double-wall corrugated shippers with fragile handling labels, consistent with Mug Factory quality standards.

Pincode serviceability
We deliver to pincodes across India through Delhivery and partner couriers. Serviceability is validated at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment. For assistance, contact support@mugfactory.in.

International shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We serve delivery addresses within India only.

Damaged in transit
Report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@mugfactory.in with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund per our Returns Policy at /legal/returns.

Lost shipments
If your order is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, contact support@mugfactory.in. If the courier confirms loss in transit, we will offer a full refund or free re-dispatch.

Force majeure
Delivery may be delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed and fulfil orders as soon as practicable.
